Hi! I'm Franki.
I design accessible learning systems where
adult education, technology, and real life connect.
II believe learning systems should be built around real people and the experiences they bring—not tools, tests, or assumptions. My work starts with listening, observing, interacting, and respecting each learner’s individuality, needs, and goals. I design for accessibility without lowering expectations. I use technology and AI to remove barriers, support independent learning, and create meaningful opportunities to learn. I value honest reflection, practical experimentation, and the willingness to revise a system when it is not working for the people it was meant to serve.

How I Design

My focus is:
- Learning experience and instructional design
- Literacy and ESOL curriculum grounded in real-world use
- Digital literacy and AI integration that builds
confidence—not dependence
- Professional learning that teachers actually use
- Accessible, equity-centered learning systems
What I Work On

Professional Development
A professional learning project focused on helping educators integrate digital literacy into ESOL instruction with clarity, purpose, and dignity—without overwhelming learners or lowering expectations.
Instruction and Strategy with AI
A classroom-based learning design project demonstrating how AI can be used ethically as a personal tutor to support grammar, confidence, and differentiation—while keeping thinking and ownership with the learner.

Digital Literacy Routines
A repeatable literacy routine that scaffolds emergent and beginner learners from words to original sentences using visual input, student autonomy, and consistent structure—designed to scale across classrooms and teachers.
